  • Motion by Rep. Tony Cornish on April 28, 2005, that the House agree to the amendments made by the Senate and repass the bill as amended. As amended, the bill would extend eligibility to receive the renewable energy production incentive until December 31st, 2007 rather than 2005 if they had a lapse period, and any part of that lapse period occurred within 18 months after receipt of the approval in which case they can seek to extend the 18-month eligibility period. Tim Pawlenty on May 5, 2005, to extend eligibility to receive the renewable energy production incentive until December 31st, 2007 rather than 2005 if they had a lapse period, and any part of that lapse period occurred within 18 months after receipt of the approval in which case they can seek to extend the 18-month eligibility period.
