• Introduced by Sen. Leo T. Foley, Sen. Sheila M. Kiscaden and Sen. Thomas M. Neuville on March 3, 2005, to require the creation of a rule establishing a service charge for the use of the child support and maintenance collection services by obligees not currently recipients of public assistance. The bill would also allow for electronic direct deposit of child support payments.
