• Introduced by Sen. Dennis R. Frederickson, Sen. Gary W. Kubly and Sen. Jim Vickerman on January 20, 2005, to spend $280,000 from state bonds for a grant to the Minnesota River Basins Project, Inc. for floodplain management. $140,000 of the funds are to be appropriated for 2006, with the remaining half to be appropriated in 2007 (HF279 Companion Bill).
